April 28, 2021 – Mattress Warehouse (mattresswarehouse.com) is excited to announce its partnership with delivery service Dolly.

Currently being used in the North Carolina and Philadelphia markets, Mattress Warehouse is using the Dolly delivery service to delivery in-store products right to customers’ homes. Although Mattress Warehouse has their own delivery services fleet, the expansion into a service like Dolly gives Mattress Warehouse customers yet another option to choose from. Offering same-day delivery, Dolly allows customers to choose a 30-minute delivery window to receive their products on-demand 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

“We understand that sometimes our customers need their new mattress the same day and they don’t always have the ability to pick it up and take it home themselves,” says Tim Swarbrick, Vice President of Operations for Mattress Warehouse. “Partnering with Dolly allows us to give our customers the flexibility they need when it comes to same-day delivery service.”

Dolly also provides item assembly, if needed and can take away old items. Similar to the Delivery Tracking that Mattress Warehouse currently utilizes, Dolly also offers real-time tracking of items and the ability for customers to be in direct contact with their driver. Since customer safety and satisfaction is a priority for Mattress Warehouse, it’s important to note that all Dolly deliveries are backed by the Dolly Protection program and commercial liability insurance.
