Your warranty claim has been submitted and received. Please note that we have taken great care to ensure the process runs as efficiently as possible.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Your claim will be reviewed by a member of our customer service team within 3 business days.
- If required by the manufacturer, a product inspection will be scheduled in your home. We utilize 3rd party inspection services, and you will be notified by email if your case has been forwarded to an inspection company.
- Once forwarded, an inspector will contact you within 3-5 business days. They will work with you to schedule a mutually agreed upon time and date to perform the inspection.
- After the inspection, you will receive an email within 7-10 business days detailing the inspection results and your available options.
