No Hassle 24 Hour Mattress Warehouse Cancellation Policy
Bought a mattress and box spring set and just measured that room a second time? Need to cancel your order? With Mattress Warehouse’s 24 Hour No Hassle Cancellation Policy, if you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty!
If - after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped but not yet arrived at your home - Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20% restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.
All bedding sold by Mattress Warehouse is warranted by the individual manufacturer listed on the product label. Any problem/defect in your mattress set will be handled via this warranty and is not returnable. Consult the original manufacturer’s warranty card that comes attached to your bedding upon arrival. It often includes valuable information about the proper care and maintenance, ensuring the longest life possible for your mattress set! Mattress Warehouse will assist you in any warranty concern you may have, but please note it is the manufacturer who warranties your bedding, not Mattress Warehouse. Eligibility on Comfort Guarantee Program for various products in our lineup applies to residents within Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and North Carolina where Mattress Warehouse maintains physical store locations.
If you feel your item(s) arrived in a damaged condition, please make note of the damage on the delivery ticket upon its arrival. Then, call us at 301-682-8504, Option 3, so we may make arrangements for a quick and easy exchange.
All sales on Clearance merchandise are final. There are no returns or exchanges, unless shipping -related damage has been noted at time of delivery.
With regard to Special Orders and/or Custom Size Requests: refunds may only be issued for custom size requests and/or special orders that are cancelled with the manufacturer or supplier of the merchandise.
Refunds will only be issued to the same/original card on which the purchase was initially made.

When you, a member of your family, or a guest in your home lies down in a new bed purchased from Mattress Warehouse online or from one of our retail store locations it is exactly that: New. Any mattress/box spring returned for a warranty issue or which has failed the manufacturer’s own comfort guarantee program is promptly shredded and never returned to Mattress Warehouse inventory. These simple but important policies are your assurance that your purchase will secure a product or products that comply with the highest health standards we would all expect of the bedding products we bring into our homes. It’s that simple. Like our simple, easy-to-understand shipping policy we believe buying a mattress online should always be this easy.
